just a short piece of encouragement today. Just wanted to share this with you. I recently had the opportunity to be a blessing to some people. What I had to offer did not seem like much however, I was excited about being in a position to do it.However in my zeal I began to talk alot about what I was doing and even though I felt like I was beginning to sound like I was bragging, I still continued to talk talk talk about the work I was doing. Finally, as I shared with the last person I would tell about it, their reaction seemed a bit unimpressed. "Well, okay, thats nice", they said. "Hmf", I thought to myself. And before I could become offended, I heard a voice say, "You're bragging again, you don't have to talk about what you are doing for God, the fruit shows well enough on its own". I realized it was the tugging of the Holy Spirit reminding me not to be boastful. I was a little ashamed of myself and I asked God to forgive me.

In Matthew 6, Jesus teaches us how to operate in Real Faith.
He teaches us how to truly have relationship with God. The way is through
fasting and prayer and trusting God.
It is through living with a heart to serve Him and not to lift up our ownselves so other people can see what we do and think we are so great.

This shows the Father that we are after one thing only, His Heart and that we love God so much that we Live to get closer to Him.
